Mini Project Expo 2024-004 on 22/10/2024
Title of Model: INNOVATIVE PROTOTYPING THROUGH ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING (3D PRINTING)
Project guide: Mr. M. ASHOK M. Tech, (Ph.D.)
Batch List:
M. SANDEEP KUMAR REDDY (232G5A0314)
G. AJAY NARASIMHA (232G5A0310)
B. VISHNU PAVAN (232G5A0301)
M. AJAY KUMAR (232G1A0301)
Brief description: The objective of this project is to demonstrate how 3D printing has revolutionized manufacturing by addressing traditional challenges of high costs, lengthy production times, and material waste. Unlike conventional processes requiring Molds and extensive tooling, 3D printing enables direct conversion from digital designs to physical prototypes, significantly reducing both production time and expenses.
This shift allows manufacturers to rapidly develop custom and intricate parts, enhancing flexibility and adaptability in design. Additionally, 3D printing’s additive nature minimizes material waste, offering a more sustainable production method compared to conventional approaches that often result in substantial waste. This project underscores the efficiency, innovation, and eco-friendliness that 3D printing brings to modern manufacturing, reshaping how products are developed and produced.
